Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using epicelectricgcs.com (the "Site"), operated by Epic Electric & General Contracting Services, LLC ("Epic," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services

The Site describes electrical and general contracting services offered by Epic in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metro area and allows visitors to request quotes. Information on the Site — including service descriptions and answers to common questions — is general information, not a binding offer. All work is performed under a separate written quote or agreement between you and Epic that states the actual scope, schedule, and price.

3. Quotes

Quote requests submitted through the Site are not contracts. A quote becomes binding only when issued in writing by Epic and accepted by the customer. On-site inspections and quotes are provided free of charge within our service area.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep its content accurate, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content, and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits warranties stated in a signed service agreement for performed work.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Epic Electric & General Contracting Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability relating to performed contracting or electrical work is governed by the applicable service agreement, not these Site terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's content — text, photographs of our work, logos, and design — belongs to Epic Electric & General Contracting Services, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or spam quote requests;
  • Scrape, harvest, or mass-download Site content or submit automated abuse to our forms;
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or availability;
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
